Congratulation !!! We have pubished a paper in Arabian Journal of Chemistry

INOMAR researchers, Kieu Phuong and Diem Huong have just been accepted a manuscript Dr. Hoang Phuong from University of Science by Arabian Journal of Chemistry (IF = 4.553). We presented a highly active copper-based metal-organic framework catalyst for a Friedel-Crafts alkylation in the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes under ultrasound irradiation. Please join us in congratulating paper for Phuong and Huong.

Ph.D Sareeya Bureekaew visited INOMAR

We was welcome Ph.D Sareeya Bureekaew, who is researcher at VISTEC (Vidyasirimedhi Institute of Science and Technology). As an experimentalist, she obtained her Ph.D from Kyoto University under S. Kitagawa, one of the three MOFs pillars in the world. Then she continued to conduct MOF research as a theoretician at Ruhr-University at Bochum, Germany. Ph.D Sareeya Bureekaew visited and shared her experiences about MOFs with our researchers. She gave a presentation theoretical calculations about MOFs and the results were very close to the experiment. During two days at INOMAR, our young researchers learned a lot from Dr. Sareeya, both theoretical and experimental.

We are grateful to Ph.D Sareeya Bureekaew due to her share  for young researchers at INOMAR.

The Delegation of University Sungkyunkwan, HanYang and Gachon - Korea visited INOMAR

We were honored to welcome the delegation of University of Sungkyunkwan, HanYang and GaChon - Korea including:

Prof. Naeung Lee and Prof. SunKook Kim - Sungkyunkwan University.

Prof. Heongkyu Ju - Gachon University and Prof. Jaekyun Kim - HanYang University.

Prof. Thang Bach Phan, who is director of INOMAR, invited the delegation to visit INOMAR's important laboratories. Then, the delegation returned to the meeting room to discuss cooperation in field of Flexibel/Stretchable Electrons and Optical Biosensors.

We are grateful to the delegation of University of Sungkyunkwan, HanYang and GaChon - Korea and hope that it can be cooperated in the near future. Send to the delegation the best wishes.

Congratulation!!! we have published a modeling manuscript in PCCP

Prof. Thang Phan and Dr. Hung Le have just published a paper in Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys. (IF = 4.123). In this manuscript, we are pleased to contribute and collaborate with Prof. Kawazoe Yoshiyuki, New Industry Creation Hatchery Center, Tohoku University, Japan. Please join us in congratulating the first achievement of MMG!

Hot news!!! The Delegation of UCLA visited INOMAR

We were honored to welcome the Delegation of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) including Prof. Scott Waugh, Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost, Mr. John Hamilton, Special Assistant to the EVC/Provost, and Prof. Tamanoi Fuyu, to INOMAR Center. We are proud to announce that INOMAR Center belongs to only two research centers in VNU-HCM visited by the delegation of UCLA (another is Cancer Research Institute). Prof. Thang Bach Phan, director of INOMAR, initiatively introduced the research activities and shortly concluded the stage of MANAR/INOMAR achievements for the last 5 years. Prof. Scott Waugh was very pleased to emphasize the global mentoring model and encourage INOMAR achievement. He did not forget to thank the collaboration between VNU-HCM and UCLA through "the Synthesis of biodegradable mesoporous nanoparticles loaded Vietnamese natural compound for Cancer prevention" Program which INOMAR is being a part of the research project.

The Delegation of UCLA consequently took a tour of INOMAR Laboratories with our young researchers: Binh Nguyen, Thach Tu, Tan Doan, and Ha Nguyen who joined MANAR PhD Program in 2011 and now graduated.

We are grateful to the UCLA Delegation and wish them all the best!
